"I believe their family are from Lithuania or Russia."
"She was a lovely girl, would always say hello and was full of life."
"She was beautiful really, its just so tragic - you cannot even comprehend what has happened to such a bubbly, friendly girl who had her whole life ahead of her."
Another neighbor who asked not to be named said:
"The woman is good, they are a very good family, the mum and dad are going to work and back every day and the girl is good, not any problems."

"The police have been here a couple of times but the family didn't answer the door to them."
"We hardly used to see the mum as she worked, when she was at home the husband worked."
"I haven't seen the girl for ages, whether she went to live with a relative or something I don't know."
"As far as I know they were decent people, never gave any problem on the street. She had no siblings, it was just her, her mum and her dad."
"It's sad. They moved in after us, we have been here for eight years."
