Sudanese UK national, Salih Khater, 29, was arrested after he crashed a car into security barriers outside the Houses of Parliament in case being treated as a terrorist incident.
About three people were injured after the suspect drove through cyclists and pedestrians outside one of London's most iconic locations but no one was killed.
