PSG DEFENDER SERGE AURIER HAD A TWO-MONTH PRISON SENTENCE

Paris Saint German defender and Ivory Coast International Serge Aurier, 23, was sentenced to a convertible two-year in prison.

The sentencing was handed to Aurier for assaulting a police officer sometimes in May this year when he was pulled over and asked to take a breath test.

PS:U.S police would have riddled him with bullets thanks goodness he's in France!!

Aurier who was alleged to have elbowed the officer in the chest said that he was "brutalized" by the officer hence reports are claiming he'll appeal the court's decision.

"It was violent," Aurier said on French television in June. "The police officers got out of the car, insulted me, brutalized me, my lip was smashed."

"What's even worse is that the police officer said I had elbowed him in the thorax. If I wanted to touch him, I would have punched him in the face. He did though, struck me several times in the face."  

"I have nothing to hide in the case, there are at least five or six witnesses that say exactly the same thing I have."

Aurier's case is understood to be "convertible", meaning that it is likely to be served through community service, and the player is expected to be available for PSG's Champion League clash with Ludogorets this week.

Aurier has also been ordered to pay an additional €300 compensation for physical injuries, €300 for moral damages and €1500 for legal costs.

A LADY ON INSTAGRAM OUSTED SINGER/RAPPER DRAKE AS A GAY-MAN

This lady with the instagram name Aja Murai is ousting Singer/Rapper Drake as a gay-man... She went on Drakes page on IG to oust the Canadian-born Rapper of being gay claiming his manager contacted her be act as a beard for the rapper.

Let me preface this by saying: their relationship is fake. Drake is a full on gay man. All the signs were there when I met him. However, my suspicions were confirmed when his manager made me the deal of a lifetime. I was asked to join his "harem" in exchange for traveling the world and being paid generously. I assumed the role would involve being a groupie of sorts, but instead I learned that his harem is nothing more than a group of paid beards. I wanted nothing to do with this! I can understand why other women have jumped at the opportunity, but I wasn't willing to sacrifice my values. What I can't understand is why Rihanna would choose to play this role. I know she cares deeply for Drake, but a smoke and mirrors relationship like this will ony hurt her in the end.

USA PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION: ANTI-TRUMPS AIN'T GONNA LIKE THIS: "TRUMP WILL WIN"

                       

Professor Allan Lichtman, highly distinguished professor of history at American University, Washington D.C, who well known to have correctly predicted the winner of every U.S presidential election since 1984 has predicted Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump, 70, will win this year's election.

According to Professor Lichtman, he (Lichtman) uses a system of true/false statements he calls "Keys to the White House" to determine the winner and it's never failed.

The Keys to the White House which are explained in depth in Lichtman's book "Predicting the Next President" are:

1. Party Mandate: After the midterm elections, the incumbent party holds more seats in the U.S. House of Representatives than after the previous midterm elections.

2. Contest: There is no serious contest for the incumbent party nomination. 

3. Incumbency: The incumbent party candidate is the sitting president.

4. Third Party: There is no significant third party or independent campaign.

5. Short-term Economy: The economy is not in recession during the election campaign.  

6. Long-Term Economy: Real per capita economic growth during the term equals or exceeds mean growth during the previous two terms.

7. Policy Change: The incumbent administration effects major changes in national policy.

8. Social Unrest: There is no sustained social unrest during the term.

9. Scandal: The incumbent administration is untainted by major scandal.

10. Foreign/Military Failure: The incumbent administration suffers no major failure in foreign or military affairs.

11. Foreign/Military Success: The incumbent administration achieves a major success in foreign or military affairs.

12. Incumbent Charisma: The incumbent party candidate is charismatic or a national hero.

13. Challenger Charisma: The challenging party candidate is not charismatic or a national hero.

Didier Drogba, former Chelsea Football Club player who currently plays for Montreal Impact of MLS USA comes for Theo Walcott after Arsenal easily thrashed Chelsea 3-0 on Saturday in Barclays English Premier League fixture.

Goals by Alexis Sanchez, Theo Walcott and Mesut Oezil gave arsenal the upper hand and perhaps Walcott's role in the victory over Chelsea and his tweet must have particularly irked Legendary Didier Drogba.

USA: MIAMI MARLINS BASEBALL TEAM STAR DIES IN BOAT CRASH

Miami Marlins confirms the death of one its players Jose Fernandez, 24, in a boat crash on Sunday... He was a pitcher with the baseball team. 

Fernandez - himself an expectant Dad, was one of the three people killed in the crash off Miami Beach, Florida.

The incidence led to the cancellation of their Sunday fixture with Atlanta Braves.

"They found a boat that was up against the jetties. They did do an initial search and they found three victims - two on top of the water, one underneath the boat (- a 32-foot vessel) and they had unfortunately passed away." - Todd Garofalo, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Chief told local news station WSVN.

Fernandez shared a picture of his pregnant girlfriend on instagram a few days ago with the caption:

"I'm so glad you came into my life. I'm ready for where this journey is gonna take us together. #familyfirst."

Sport fans and other sympathizers have taken to different social platforms to express their sympathy to the family of the deceased...

Snapchat has taken it to another level with "Spectacles" - sunglasses with built-in camera which will go on sale later this year priced at £100.
Spectacles can record up to 30 seconds of video.
The messaging app giant also announced a new name for the company hence, "Snap Inc"

Welsh International Gareth Bale, 27, is reportedly unhappy at the Santiago Bernabeu and with his contract situation at Real Madrid because he's allegedly made to play second fiddle to Cristiano Ronaldo hence his agent, Jonathan Barnett has made contact with Manchester United for a possible for an imminent transfer.

Manchester United have always expressed their desire to sign the explosive player and with the right conditions, the Welsh might play for the Old Trafford outfits sooner than later.

FOOTBALL: HOW BARCELONA VICE-PRESIDENT DISGUISE AS A WAITER SEALED RONALDO DEAL. SAVVY!

Barcelona Vice-President Joan Gaspart flew to Miami on a desperate course to sign Ronaldo Luis Nazario de Lima in the summer of 1996 had to disguise as a waiter to get past the security to secure Ronaldo's signature to seal his move to Camp Nou following a troubling end to the late Johan Cryuff's era.

Gaspart said:

"It didn't take long to reach agreement with PSV." 

"The fee back then was 1,500,000,000 pesetas (around € 15 million in today's money. But the agreement had a little problem, we needed to get the player's agreement and we needed it before July 15, because that was when the pact with PSV was set to expire." 

 "However, PSV realised they didn't want to lose the player and they called the CBF in order to stop Ronaldo signing for Barca."

"There were two security guards that didn't want me to go through and see Ronaldo or any other player."

"I met a Spanish waiter in the hotel and he lent me his work clothes, gave me a tray and a Coca Cola," 

"I put on the disguise, said hello to the security guards and told them a guest had asked for a soft drink. This time they let me past."

UK: TEEN BMX GANG BATTERS MAN TO DEATH AFTER A MERE ALTERCATION AT A CHICKEN SHOP

The victim, Zdenek Makar, 31, was chased and battered to death on his way home after a chicken-shop row with some ruthless teen BMX gang. 

The boys who were reported to be numbering about four followed Makar and battered him with a chain fracturing his skull then
took off and left him to bleed out on the floor in front of All Saints DLR station, East London... 

Another cyclist who was riding by saw the dying man, tried mouth to mouth CPR in an attempt to resuscitate Makar but to no avail as he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators traced the incidence back to the chicken shop where they obtained CCTV footage of the verbal spat between the victim and one of the boys.

His devastated friends have taken to Facebook to pay tribute... He was originally from Czech Republic and worked for Harbour & jones in central London until his death.

They wrote:

"This wasn't supposed to happen. I still can't believe it." 

"I will never forget you, you will stay forever in our hearts forever."

          "Never forgotten. You'll be truly missed."

No arrests have been made as investigation is still on-going.
