The Zürich government, Switzerland builds legal drive-in sex booths for sex workers and customers to meet for sex in their cars.
Zurich government spokeswoman, Nadeen Schuster telling USA Today they have been "effective in preventing violence against sex workers and human trafficking".
The sex booths were built after approxiamtely 52 percent of Zurich citizens voted in favour of the local government spending $2million on 'sex boxes' in 2012 with annual maintenance of about $800,000 - including security and on-site social services, the sex workers pay taxes and have regular health checks according to the officials.
