In recent court documents obtain by BOSSIP, Ross' lawyers filed docs against his second baby-mama for constantly hitting him up for money despite making the decision to be "voluntarily underemployed and/or unemployed"
In 2015, Kemp reopened a previous paternity and child support case against Rick Ross asking the court to order the Miami rapper for more child support from $2,800 a month to $20,000. Also claiming Ross had emotionally and physically abandoned their son.

Ross also said as far as he was concerned, there was nothing wrong with his son.
A judge apparently agreed with Ross, because the case was closed the same day.
