20-year-old African-American, Stephen Clark, was shot and killed by Sacramento police. The 20-year-old was murdered in his own backyard after taking 20 shots from the killer cops who claiming they mistook his cellphone for a gun, they mistook this same cellphone for a crowbar... Honestly, these cold-blooded killers have changed their stories quite a few times.
