MANSLAUGHTER: TERENCE CRUTCHER'S MURDERER OFFICER BETTY SHELBY CHARGED WITH FIRST DEGREE MANSLAUGHTER

Betty Shelby, the white female police office who killed an unarmed black man(Terence Crutcher) who had his hands up(here) turned herself in and has since been released after posting $50,000 bond.


Shelby, 42 who was charged with first degree murder by prosecutors turned herself in and was released about 20 minutes after.

Tulsa County jail records show officer Shelby was booked and released at 1:11 am and 1:31 pm respectively...

I hope justice is duly served!!!
