CRIME: UBER DRIVER ARRESTED FOR ALLEGEDLY ASSAULTING THREE WOMEN AND IT COULD BE MORE
The alleged assaults happened in January, June and July and were carried out in the same location- an industrial area on the city's southeast side.
According to a Police report, Mtsitsha told police that two of the women offered him sex in exchange for giving them a lift.
One woman reportedly refused to have sex with him without a condom before he unexpectedly drove her to the industrial location and raped her. He agreed to take a second woman to a homeless shelter before driving her to the same location without warning, the report states.
"When they arrived, she realized she was in danger and began to cry". "The man held her face down and raped her before dropping her off around Clint Moore Road, the report says.
"The woman told investigators that the man kept saying, 'You're making me mad, you don't want to get me mad."However, Mtsitsha was arrested after the lady he allegedly raped in July gave his license plate number to the Police.
After acquiring DNA sample and reviewing cellphone records, investigators were able to execute a search warrant.
An Uber spokesperson told the Palm Beach Post that Mtsitsha began driving for the company in February, a month after the first assault is alleged to have occurred.
The spokesperson also confirmed that he has been banned from the app.

INDIA: BOLLYWOOD DIRECTOR CONVICTED OF RAPE FACES SEVEN YEARS TO LIFE IN PRISON
Indian Express reports; Farooqui faces seven years in prison. A final hearing is slated for Tuesday before sentencing him.
Is it possible to also amend the criminal law that the identity of both victims and perpetrators of sensitive cases like this be protected pending the outcome of investigation because there's also the possibility of false accusation - Just saying!!
The case first came to light when the victim who was a student from Columbia University filed a Police report which led to Farooqui's arrest last June.
The case is perceived as a landmark as its verdict has been delivered under a 2013 amendment to the criminal law which included forced oral sex as a crime, the complaint's counsel Vrinda Grover told the Express.
"This is perhaps one of the first cases of forced oral sex, which shows two things: that there was a crime for which we did not earlier have an offense named, now it has been recognized as rape. We're also very happy to see that the court relied on very credible evidence that the woman gave."The brutal gang-rape of a young Delhi woman on a moving bus in New Delhi on December 16, 2012 sparked nationwide protests. The outcry led to a call for action against crimes against women which included legal amendments and fast-tracking rape cases.
Farooqui was first introduced to the student, who is in her thirties, by Danish Hussain, a long-time friend of the director. Local reports said that Hussain, in his testimony said that the victim contacted him after the assault.
According to reports, the 2012 incident was also referred to in the testimony of the American woman who told the court that she "did not resist" the rape because she feared she would also be killed like the Delhi gang-rape victim.
Farooqui is expected to appeal the verdict and the case could go to a higher court.
"Our fight for justice is by no means over," his wife Anusha Rizvi told the Hindustan Times. " We will approach the High Court for justice that has been denied to us"Before ya'll begin to point fingers, there's always two sides to a story... I've seen articles/news where people are wrongly convicted of rape.
I'm asking that the necessary system conducts a thorough investigation, interrogation of both the victim and the perpetrator before sentencing.
She referred to an old rape case which was the reason she didn't resist... errmmhh!
