Patsy Capshaw Skipper, The Former Mayor of Midland City, Alabama was so bittered she lost the mayoral election to Jo Ann Bennett Grimsley who is of African descent that she damned all consequences and went on facebook to reveal it.

She has since denied it claiming she was hacked, some have even called for her resignation.
