Elton John's former bodyguard Jeffrey Wenninger slapped him with a sexual assault lawsuit yesterday. Jeffrey claims Elton forced himself on him, grabbing his genitals on multiple occasions. He also claims he attempted to verbally and physically resist, but his boss didn’t stop.

According to TMZ

Jeffrey Wenninger says 3 alleged incidents went down in 2014. In the suit, Wenninger says he and Elton were in a car together when Elton put his hands in Wenninger's pants. He says Elton attempted to grab his genitals and put his fingers between Wenninger's butt cheeks.

According to the suit, Elton then told him to
"Get your todger out" and "say hello to Uncle Elton."
Wenninger says he attempted to verbally and physically resist, but it never deterred the singer.

Wenninger says another time, also in a car, Elton twisted his nipples and said ...
"You gorgeous thing, you." Wenninger says there were several other incidents during his employment. He says he stopped working with Elton in September 2014.
He's suing for sexual harassment and battery. We've reached out to Elton's reps, but no response yet.

NIGERIA: FG may blacklist 115 companies over fictitious contracts worth about N116bn

Barring last minute change of mind, the Federal Government may blacklist some of the 115 companies implicated in the alleged N116b fictitious contracts in the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) during the tenure of ex-NSA Sambo Dasuki, Ripples has learnt.Among other things, some of the companies might be handed over to the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) for prosecution for tax default.
Ripples Nigeria gathered that some of the indicted firms may be blacklisted unless they comply with the directive to refund some funds meant for some unexecuted projects.

An impeccable source confirmed to Ripples last night that: “Some of these companies may be blacklisted from getting contracts from Ministries, Departments and Agencies unless they refund the contract sums illegally credited to them or collected and get clearance from the government.
“There are over 115 companies with issues on contracts in ONSA. Some of these firms risk being denied further transactions with the government and its agencies.
“It is certainly no longer business as usual in the country. The administration of President Muhammadu Buhari will not waiver in its fight against corruption.”
The source further hinted that apart from further probe of more than 300 persons and companies by EFCC, ICPC and the Nigeria Police, some of the firms may be handed over to the FIRS for tax evasion and other tax infractions.

FOOTBALL: Egypt 1-0 Nigeria (Super Eagles say goodbye to AFCON 2017)

The Super Eagles are now doomed in their aspirations to qualify for next year's AFCON tournament in Gabon after losing 0-1 to Egypt in Alexandria tonight. The task before the Eagles became tougher after Friday’s 1-1 draw with Egypt in Kaduna and the withdrawal of Chad from the AFCON race.

Nigeria missed out on the 2015 edition in Equatorial Guinea and were desperate for a return. The first half ended goalless with the Super Eagles keeping to coach Samson Siasia's tactical master plan to keep proceedings neat and tidy and then attack the Egyptians on the counter.

But with the Egyptians resolute they soon found a way past the Nigerians in the second half.

19 year old Ramadan Sobhy scored in the 65th minute after a deflection off his shot ensured the Super Eagles left the field with hands in their mouth. Upon scoring Nigeria, the Egyptians introduced a striker with the hope that they could pull the Nigerian defence across the lines knowing fully well the Nigerians will attack, attack and attack as they needed a goal badly.

Ighalo, ineffective throughout the match, drifted towards the left side as new entrant Alex Iwobi and Ahmed Musa tried to play centrally. Time and time again, Nigeria were thwarted by the Egyptian defence causing the Nigerian backline to play high up and expose themselves in 3 vs 4 or 3 vs 5 situations.

And then the moment of hope came! Victor Moses, hardworking through out the night blazed a rocketing shot from almost 30 yards which hit the bar and spiraled towards the other corner. Victor Moses and the Super Eagles bench were distraught, how wasn't that a goal? Even with four minutes of extra time, the Super Eagles looked more likely conceding a goal than scoring one.

Nigeria with 2 points from three games, with just one game against Tanzania remaining, is effectively out of qualification for next year's AFCON tournament.

“But I realised during the matches that I was able to keep up, and I was really very happy about that because as a youngster I struggled to finish games, at the age of 17 they said I needed to work on my endurance.”

Asked if he was more afraid of the intensity of the tackles made in English football, Martial replied: “No the intensity, the tackles you need to know how to avoid them and not injure yourself.
