Sexually Deranged Utah Cop Rather Ogle Photos Of Murdered Sextortion Victim Instead Of Helping

Late University of Utah student Lauren McCluskey, 21, reportedly went to campus cops in October 2018 to report her murderous blackmailer/bitter ex Melvin Rowland, 37, a registered sex offender - she'd already paid an initial $1,000 demand but the cop, Officer Miguel Deras rather saved the explicit images for his deranged pleasure instead of helping.

He allegedly also shared the images with some male colleagues.

Unfortunately, McCluskey was shot and killed by the sick ex who then killed himself same day manner nine days after she reported the POS

McCluskey's mother, Jill McCluskey said
“The people who were supposed to be helping and protecting Lauren were actually exploiting her."
“I wish that Deras had used his time to arrest the man who was committing crimes against Lauren.”
Her father, Matt McCluskey said,
“This latest revelation makes me wonder when we’ll hit bottom."
McCluskey’s parents had last year already filed a $56 million lawsuit over the police handling of the case.

Deras who has since resigned from the post, now works for Logan police. INCOMPETENT

Maj. Scott Stephenson, who oversees all police training in the state under the Utah Department of Public Safety, said it could be grounds for action against Deras’ police certification.
