P**SY: JEALOUS MAN DOUSES LOVER WITH GASOLINE, THEN SETS HER ON FIRE

A known but yet-to-be named jealous man reportedly doused lover, Uraiwan Inthrajak, 43, with gasoline at a market in Nakorn Pathom, Thailand on Saturday, before setting her alight.

Quick intervention by traders at the Lamphaya market saved the 43-year-old's life, as the assailant fled on a motorcycle.

Muang police responded with rescue services and took Uraiwan to hospital.

Witnesses said that a man aged about 50 arrived at the market on a motorcycle and doused Uraiwan with gasoline.

Police understand that the assailant is the new love interest of the victim and he was jealous to the bone when her former husband attempted to get back together with her.

The hunt for the assailant is now on.
