American singer, Gladys Knight reveals she's suffering from "same disease" as Aretha Franklin while at the latter's funeral.
She said:

"We shared the fact that we have the same disease,"

Aretha Franklin passed away from pancreatic cancer.

A rep for Knight has since contradicted her, says she’s "healthy."

"She’s healthy. Someone must have misinterpreted," said Javier Delgado, a publicist with JDS PR.

This is very tough for Gladys Knight. We talked before the funeral started. She’s taking this loss hard. “My sister is gone.” Folks forget these women Came up in the music game together and it was NOT easy. She is 74. Aretha was 76. #ArethaFranklinHomegoing
