Alleged member of the Islamic State accused of "premeditated murder on behalf of ISIS" arrested in California by FBI and sheriff's officers.
The 45-year-old terror mastermind beat the immigration system after leaving Iraq for Turkey, applied for refugee status in America, pretending to be a victim of terrorism.
FBI evidence showed ISIS took to social media celebrating Ameen's killing of the officer.
Omar Abdulsattar Ameen was arrested after Iraqi authorities issued a warrant for his arrest for allegedly killing an Iraqi policeman, Ihsan Abdulhafiz Jasim, while siding with the terrorist group - ISIS on June 22, 2014.
Ameen is reportedly high up in the ranks in the terror organization that court evidence showed he is a key military and financial leader of Al Qaeda after working for an Iraqi terror cell in 2004.
He's also believed to be one of the associates of Abu Mus'ab al-Zaqqawi.

"Today is the day to eliminate some rotten heads. Now in Rawah the criminal Ihsan has been eliminated at the hands of the Mujahidin." - ISIS wrote.Ameen was arrested at the so-called refugee's Sacramento apartment as the US government plans to send him back to Iraq to face charges of premeditated murder.
