DUMBAS*: CRACKHEAD BOYFRIEND UNWITTINGLY KILLED HIS GIRLFRIEND AFTER HE CUT HER BRAKE LINES TO MAKE CRACK PIPE
Crackhead boyfriend, John William Jenkins Jr., charged with homicide after he unwittingly killed his 38-year-old girlfriend, Tammy A. Fox, for reportedly cutting her brake lines to make crack cocaine pipe.
The mother of five residing in Scranton died after she lost control of the car apparently due to brake failure on Pine Street, Scranton, Pennsylvania State Police say.
"A mechanical inspection and search of Fox's vehicle showed that the brake lines had been cut." police said.
A gofundme.com fundraising effort is set up to help her family with funeral expenses and care for her five children.

The 39-year-old is being held without bail in the Lackawanna County prison awaits preliminary hearing scheduled September 7.
