DISTRESSING VIDEO: MOTHER'S LIVID AS FOOTAGE SHOWS EVIL BABYSITTERS TORTURING ONE-YEAR-OLD GIRL

A horrifying snapchat clip shows three cruel teenage girls apparently torturing a terrified one-year-old girl with a taser while laughing in amusement. The tormentous incident believed happened in Conway, Arkansas, USA, has prompted a police investigation and the girls who were babysitting
the baby - Carrigan, at the time of the torture are now in juvenile detention accused of endangering the welfare of a minor.

One of the babysitters could be seen slapping Carrigan in the clip.

Dad Trence Woods said: 

"I look at the beginning (of the video) and I don’t even want to see no more because it just makes me more angry."

Mum Elyssia Watkins said: 

"Why do they think it's a laughing matter?"

Mum Elyssia Watkins said she was shocked to see the footage of daughter Carrigan being tortured after she was shown by a friend.

She added: 

"They do need to go to jail. But, I hope somebody really talks to them, they get some counseling."

Thankfully Carrigan is reported to be safe without any obvious injuries
