In what's being described as the worst-ever disguise, CCTV footage shows a man breaking into the Anisika mobile shop in Kanyakumari, India, with a transparent plastic bag over his head. More, the man who appeared to kinda drunk or high was further identified by the heart-shaped tattoo on his hand - taking off his disguise several times during the burglary.

The shop was robbed of phones and accessories worth about $2,000 (£1,414) according to shop-owners...
