AMERICAN SINGER BOBBY V NAMED SUSPECT IN ATLANTA WOMAN'S RAPE

Official TMZ reports Bobby V is wanted for an alleged rape in Cobb County, Georgia. The alleged victim whose identity hasn't been publicly released filed a police report against the singer on Monday claiming she had been raped by Bobby V the previous Sunday night.

His defense team are suggesting a counter-sue "against what appears to be a weak yet calculated attempt to obtain financial gain through ulterior motives in the matter."

He added:

"Bobby takes any allegation against women very seriously. However, false allegations damage true victims of sexual abuse."
