I read the story of an ex-footballer (soccer), former English side,  Arsenal FC player, Emmanuel Eboue where he had to forfeit all his properties to his estranged ex-wife who was awarded their homes including the one he lives in.

Eboue who was handed a year ban by football governing body, FIFA for not paying his agent went public with his divorce in an attempt to overcome suicidal thoughts.

Prenup should be "mandatory" while the terms of the prenup are left to the couples.
