The sickening footage of some white male hanging a black girl with a confederate flag in the background has been making rounds on the internet. The young innocent girl looks beaten with blood stain on the sleeve of what she was wearing.

A publicized investigation of the inhumane video would be nice rather than jump to conclusion it's fake because it doesn't look fake to me.
Can the responsible authority investigate the video and arrest these cold-blooded murderers?
