19 year-old British teenager forked over £20,000 on surgery to look like ex-Manchester United and ex.Real Madrid player David Beckham.
Jack Johnson went under the knife to have surgeons work on his teeth, eyebrows, chin, lips, cheeks and tanning injections to become a David Beckham look-alike.
Johnson admits he's in a lot of debt and that he knows doesn't look like Beckham yet even after spending £20,000 but needs another £30,000 to reach his goal.
"Obviously, I know I don't look like him, I'm not that stupid but I've got a long way to go to get my goals to look like him." - Johnson said during an interview on This Morning on ITV
