Donald Trump threatens to sue NBC over leaked 2005 'Access Hollywood' tape

U.S.A's Republica presidential candidate Donald Trump appeared to recommend that he'll take legal actions against NBC for releasing a 2005 video of him and Billy Bush making indecent remarks about ladies to Washington Post.

Trump was asked by Fox Tv's Bill O'Reilly if there's any possibility he could make lawful move against NBC for the illegal release of the "Access Hollywood" tape, to which Trump replied: "You'll see, you'll see, you'll see after the race," Trump iterated.
I knew this was coming but then as it is - it's privacy violation.

Bill O'Reilly then asked him "Do you think you would be ahead notwithstanding the 'Access Hollywood' stuff?"

Trump affirms that the tape leak is an "illicit demonstration" by NBC.

"I just don't know. I think it was very negative, it was locker room talk," Trump said. "The microphone was not supposed to be on, not that I make that as an excuse for myself, but certainly it was an illegal act from NBC."

Trump said it was "absolutely" illegal because "that was a private dressing room."
