ANOTHER POLICEMAN KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY IN KANSAS CITY.

Another police officer shot dead, in Kansas city. The incident happened on Tuesday afternoon when the officer was pursuing his would-be killer who had just been involved in a drive-by shooting.

The dead cop was later identified to be Captain Robert Melton, 46, Captain Melton worked with the Police Department for 17 years before meeting his untimely death.

It was reported that someone called 911 to report multiple people firing at them from a car and witnesses in the area confirmed the call saying they heard multiple shots.

Melton responded to the call and chased after the car, the suspects bailed from the car and fired back striking Melton.

Melton was rushed to the University of Kansas Hospital where medics confirmed he had no blood pressure nor pulse on arrival but for 30 minutes, they tried to revive him all to no avail.
