New York man Calvin Harris, 55, has been arrested four times and cleared, all four times in the murder case of his wife, Michele who was allegedly killed or died on 'September 11, 2001' because her body was never found.
Though still living together until her death, they were about to divorce.

He became a suspect apparently because his wife's empty minivan was found in their driveway with the keys in the ignition and ample blood stains in their home.

They also claim he told people his wife would never get money from his family's wealthy car dealership in their divorce.

He was however arrested again on Thursday for stalking a police investigator in the case report says but he claimed to simply be walking down the street minding his business when investigator asked him 'where did he bury his wife?' (Michele)

He was arraigned and released on the same day on his recognizance with some conditions which includes surrendering all his firearms...
