The woman accused of breaking into Chris Brown’s home and living there for several days is now out on bail and has been deemed fit to stand trial. Amira Kodcia Ayeb is facing felony charges of burglary, malicious mischief and stalking after investigators said last May she hopped the bus from Texas to Brown’s Southern California home, broke in, trashed the place and then shacked up while he was away. The singer later wrote on Instagram that he found Ayeb naked in his bed. Ayeb – who’d uploaded several videos on YouTube singing incoherently – pled not guilty, and a judge ordered her to have a mental health eval after she spent part of the summer refusing to leave her jail cell.
But BOSSIP can reveal that mental health experts found Ayeb competent to stand trial, and her new defense lawyer Zulu Ali successfully argued to lower her bail from $220,000 to just $10,000. Ayeb posted bail just two days later, court records show.
The judge also ordered that the woman get treatment for her mental health issues while on the outside.
“Defendant is ordered to attend psychological counseling and show proof of enrollment by fax,” Ayeb’s court docs state.

She must appear for another hearing next month.
