YouTuber, Hunter Hobbs from Oklahoma recorded his 12-week transformation from fat to fit shedding 3st.
The 24-year-old took day to day photo and video record of his progress calling it his toughest challenge to date.
His transformation time-lapse has generated so much social media buzz among fitness fanatics and fantasizer alike.
His training programme consisted of weight lifting sessions five to six days a week with 20 to 30 minute cardio sessions each day
He credited his diet as the major factor that propelled the transformation and also saying it was the most difficult part. No booze and sugary drinks, just water.
He wrote on Facebook:

"Wanted to see what would actually happen if I took working out and my diet super serious for 3 months - lost 42lbs and got a tan."
