A young African-American boy was shot and killed by Sacramento Police. The deceased is identified 20-year-old Stephen Clark.

The killer police have reportedly changed their stories of what transpired a few times already, finally claim they mistook his cellphone for a weapon.

Just like most killer pigs before these shameless cops, they'll probably walk to kill again.
