Lucian Stinci, 34, male, pleaded guilty to murdering his housemate Florina Pastina, 36, female at the home they shared in Croydon, south London.
Lucian Stinci was reportedly high on cocaine, and deeply involved in extreme pornography before beating Florina, a primary school teacher to death with a hammer.
In addition, Lucian took a Viagra-type drug and spent more than six hours viewing sado-masochistic films before launching the attack. He then used the same hammer to attack the victim's niece and nephew, twins Nicholas Hellen and Claudia Pastina, both 25.

Ms Florina who suffered multiple skull fractures gave up the ghost two days later due to her injuries from this inhumane attack.

Stinci (also a peeping tom) had video files of his victim on a hard drive, including a spy camera he installed in the shower.

The Common Sergeant of London, Judge Richard Marks QC, adjourned sentencing until a later date.
