Attempts to talk her down by on-lookers resulted in more crazed answers from her yet refusing to get down until paramedics were called and she was restrained and taken away on a stretcher with a crazed look on her face.

One on-looker asked her to get down before she gets hurt, she refused, saying:
"I'm fine."
"You're here filming."
"Everybody wants me to get hurt."

One of the on-lookers identified as Krobatsch in the said: 
"It’s crazy what drugs do to people, I was working today and came across this girl hanging off the balcony at an apartment building, we probably saved her from falling because we were the first ones on the scene and had to call 911."

Flakka is the street name for the highly-addictive designer drug used in a similar way to cocaine or meth.

It gives an extreme and powerful high, but is known to have disturbing side effects such as hallucinations and paranoia.

Like bath salts, another so-called 'zombie drug', it is manufactured cheaply in China and has flooded the streets of the US in recent years.
