On 2nd March, a 39-year-old African-American, Anthony Stephan House was killed with package bomb explosion.
Fast-forward to Monday 12th March, two separate package bomb explosions in the same city kills another - an African-American teenager, leaving another - a lady injured.

Police Chief, Bryan Manley told reporters after the blast on Monday:
He sympathizes with the affected family in one of his tweets:"Based on evidence that we have at this scene, as well as at the other two scenes where we've had these explosions, this evidence makes us believe that these incidents are related.".@chief_manley advising everyone in Austin to be cautious if they receive a package 📦 and weren't expecting one. The first blast was first thought to have been a suspicious death but is now being treated as murder."My heart goes out to the family of the individual who died and was injured from the explosion in Old Fort Hill.
