Entertainment power couple, Beyonce and Jay Z photographed backstage with Eric Garner and Trayvon Martin's families during Orlando leg of their summer tour, On The Run II.
Trayvon Martin was shot and killed in cold blood on February 26, 2012, by neighbourhood watch, George Zimmerman who was acquitted of any wrong-doing sparking a nationwide protest by African-Americans while Eric Garner was choked to death by controversial police officer Daniel Pantaleo on camera and was also freed by a grand jury. 

Based on his father was a New York City Fire Department firefighter, and his uncle was an NYPD officer, there were speculations his trial wasn't a fair one

Jay-Z’s produced docu-series on Trayvon, “Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story” has been showing on the Paramount network since July.
