The budding teenager was reportedly gunned down by a member of the WG gang in Chalgrove Road in Tottenham on Monday night in a mistaken identity case. Tanesha was standing with a friend believed to be the intended target when she was killed.

The killing has since been linked to a mobile phone footage showing some men beating up a man in the Tinseltown diner - his female accomplice was caught in the beatdown when she tried to stop the attack.

Rival gangs from local NPK (Northumberland Park) gang and their rivals, the WG gang from nearby Wood Green are reportedly responsible for the history of violence between youths of the said areas.

Tanesha's death is the 47th in London and the 48th victim, Israel Ogunsola, 18, was stabbed to death yesterday, Thursday in the same city. Both victims were Facebook pals.

Cressida Dick, Met Police Commissioner, had iterated gangs were using social media to glamorize violence and disputes could escalate within minutes on the platforms.
