Originally suggested by Slovakia, Bulgaria have agreed in the Eastring pipeline project.

The project is already among the priority projects for financing under the European Commission investment plan for Europe.

The proposed pipeline will link Slovakia with the Balkans (Albania, Macedonia... check wikipedia) and existing pipelines in Ukraine...
