Logan Clark, 14, a schoolboy in Nevada was shot at the schoolyard of Procter R. Hug High School by a police officer for wielding knives at fellow students and threatening them. 
A mobile telephone footage of the sad occurrence showed the Clark wielding knives and it's been reported Clark's outburst was due to non-stop bully at the hands of fellow students.
Clark is currently in critical condition after being shot by school Police officer for refusing the said officer's order to drop the knives.
I believe the bullies should be reprimanded in somewhat a severe way as a form of deterrent to their likes.
