VIDEO: USA: NYPD REFUSES TO CLASSIFY THE BEATING OF TWO MUSLIM TEENS AS HATE CRIME.

NYPD has reportedly refused to classify attacks on two muslim teens outside a mosque as hate crime.
The incidence which occurred outside Brooklyn's Muslim Community Center on Sunday morning is said to be the third of its kind in just this past weekend.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations released a surveillance footage of the incidence which showed a man beating the boy and another boy on a bicycle was chased and attacked when he rode past the first victim.
While beating the boys the man was allegedly heard yelling: "You Muslims are the cause of all the problems of the world", and calling the boys "terrorists" - also allegedly.

The police refused to acknowledge the incidence as a hate crime because the two boys were harassing a 40-year-old woman in a car and her 37-year-old boyfriend assaulted them.
