DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OR LIES?: Amber Heard files for restraining order against Johnny Depp, claims physical assault (photos of her alleged injury)

Read it all up and you'll agree with me someone's LYING!
Read the exclusive report from TMZ below...
Amber Heard just showed up in court with a bruise on her face claiming Johnny Depp physically assaulted her and she's the victim of repeated domestic violence ... TMZ has learned, but sources connected to Johnny are calling BS, saying Amber "is an affront to real victims of domestic violence."
Heard showed up with her lawyer, Samantha Spector, armed with photos showing various bruises ... she claims Depp inflicted various times during their marriage. We obtained this pic ... showing Amber with a bruise around her eye, which she says Depp inflicted Saturday night. Heard claims the pic was taken shortly after she was allegedly struck.

She claims Depp smashed his iPhone on her face.

Amber claims during the alleged attack, Johnny shattered various objects in the apartment. She says she was on the phone with a friend during the fight, and when Johnny grabbed her phone she screamed to her friend, "Call the cops!" The friend called 911 and cops came to the residence.
Amber says when cops arrived Johnny had already fled, so they took a report.

We're told cops told Amber they would find Johnny and arrest him if she gave a statement about the alleged violence, but she refused. Officers told her if she changed her mind she could call them.

Cops gave Amber this business card and told her to call if she wants to press charges. As far as we know, she has not gone back to the cops.
Heard claims after he allegedly hit her he offered her money to stay quiet, but instead she filed for divorce first thing Monday morning.
Amber says she has video of one of the beatings.

It's interesting ... she's asking for a temporary restraining order claiming there's an immediate threat of harm, but Depp has been out of town since Wednesday promoting his new movie. Depp's lawyer, Laura Wasser, appeared on his behalf.
TMZ broke the story ... 3 days after Depp's mom died, Amber filed for divorce. And one week after his mom died, she's claiming domestic violence.
As for why Depp and his people are calling BS ... first she never filed a police report, and she posted Instagram pics after the alleged beating and never showed any injury.

Update:
The judge just granted a temporary restraining order, requiring Johnny to stay 100 yards away from Amber, at least until a hearing next month. That's not a real problem since Johnny is in Europe promoting his movie.

The judge also gave her the right to live in the family home. The judge rejected many other requests by Amber ... notably, the judge said no to an order keeping Johnny away from at least one of their dogs, saying there was "an insufficient showing to protect the pet dog." It's unclear why the judge didn't reference the second dog.

And Amber also got shut down when it came to awarding spousal support -- she wanted $50k per month -- and attorney's fees. The judge also rejected her request for possession of their Range Rover and another request to force Johnny into anger management.

Update:
Amber Heard claims in legal docs ... during their entire relationship Johnny Depp was verbally and physically abusive, and she lays part of the blame on drug and alcohol abuse. TMZ has obtained the legal docs Amber filed to support her claim that Johnny smashed an iPhone against her face Saturday night, which she claims triggered her move to file for divorce.

As we reported, cops came but she declined to file a report. Amber claims, before the alleged incident over the weekend -- during her birthday party at home last month ... Johnny showed up "inebriated and high." She says after the guests left, they argued and he threw a magnum-sized bottle of champagne at the wall and a wine glass at her. She says he grabbed her by the shoulders and pushed her onto the bed. She also says he grabbed her by the hair and shoved her to the floor.

Amber says she didn't see Johnny again for a month, until Saturday night. She says he was drunk and high again and they were talking about his mom's passing the day before. She says he "suddenly began obsessing" about something, got mad, grabbed the phone, "wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher and threw the cell phone at me striking my cheek and eye." She claims he also pulled her hair and struck her, then she says he grabbed a magnum-sized bottle of wine, chugged some and then used the bottle to break objects around the house.

Amber Heard had no evidence of any injuries when cops came to her home Saturday night after getting a 911 call ... this according to LAPD law enforcement sources.

As we reported, when cops arrived Amber refused to file a police report. She now claimsJohnny hurled a cell phone at her face, badly bruising her eye, but our law enforcement sources say they saw no injury at all. In fact, we're told she never alleged any brutality ... just that they had an argument.
Our sources say she refused to offer any more information, so they left.

As we reported, sources connected with Johnny say Amber is lying ... making up the domestic violence story. One of the things Johnny points to is Instagram ... Amber was tagged in a pic showing she was partying with friends Sunday, the day after the alleged attack.
The LAPD says they had no reason to believe Johnny Depp struck Amber Heard with his phone when they were called to the couple's apartment.

FOOTBALL: LEWANDOWSKI'S AGENT CONFIRMS REAL MADRID TAL

The agent of Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski has revealed that the player has held talks with Real Madrid.
Poland international Lewandowski, who scored 30 league goals in the 2015-16 campaign to help Bayern claim their fourth Bundesliga title in a row, has long been linked
with a switch to Madrid and suggested back in April that he could move to England or Spain one day.

And the former Dortmund star's agent has now revealed that the Champions League finalists have been in contact with Lewandowski's camp, with Bayern aware of the situation.
Cezary Kucharski told German news magazineSpiegel: "Real Madrid contacted us a few weeks ago, we listened to everything they said. It's a big and exciting club. We have informed FC Bayern that we've held talks with Madrid."

Lewandowski himself added: "Contracts are not a holy relic in football. You can like this attitude or not but it's the truth. Sometimes you have to think about if it is meaningful to try out a new impulse."

Reports in Germany suggest that Zinedine Zidane's side, who face Atletico Madrid in Saturday's Champions League final, are ready to offer Lewandowski a six-year-contract worth up to €25 million a year.

FOOTBALL: RONALDO WANTS MORATA BACK AT MADRID

Spain striker Morata was sold to the Serie A heavyweights by Los Blancos in July 2014 and returned to haunt his former club that season, scoring at Santiago Bernabeu as Juve knocked the holders out of the Champions League semi-finals.

Madrid retain a buy-back option on the 23-year-old, meaning they can reacquire his serves in this off-season or before the start of 2017-18 for a fee of up to €30 million.
Juve chief executive Giuseppe Marotta this week indicated the club will attempt to keep hold of their prized asset, while Madrid have been tipped by some to re-sign Morata before selling him on at a higher price.
Ronaldo, though, who won La Liga once during a five-year spell at Madrid between 2002 and 2007, believes Morata should aspire to become a Bernabeu regular.
"In Madrid there is a lot of pressure," he toldGazzetta dello Sport .
"Players who play for Real must know this and avoid thinking about it. It's the only way to perform well in a unique team.
"If I was Morata? I'd leave Juventus for Real Madrid for sure. All players want to play for the biggest club in the world."

RUSSIA: Maria Sharapova picked for Russia's Rio 2016 Olympics tennis team - despite drugs ban

Russian Tennis star Maria Sharapova has been selected by the Russian tennis Federation to join its team to partake in the Rio Olympics this summer despite being banned from Tennis by the WTA for taking a banned performance enhancing substance during January's Australian Open.

“We will include Sharapova in the team, which we need to announce by 6 June,” said Shamil Tarpishchev, president of the Russian Tennis Federation (RTF).

“Whether she competes or not should be decided by the end of the first week of Roland Garros.”
The 28 year old former Wmbledown champion earlier this year revealed she had been taking a banned substance but didn't know it was banned because she didnt open an email sent to her by the WTA.

"I received a letter from the ITF that I failed a drugs test at the Australian Open," said Sharapova. "I take full responsibility for it.

"For the past 10 years I have been given a medicine called mildronate by my family doctor and a few days ago after I received the ITF letter I found out that it also has another name of meldonium which I did not know.

"It is very important for you to understand that for 10 years this medicine was not on WADA's banned list and I had legally been taking the medicine for the past 10 years.

"But on January 1 the rules had changed and meldonium became a prohibited substance which I had not known."

"I take great responsibility and professionalism in my job every day. I made a huge mistake. I've let my fans down, I've let this sport down,"
"I know that with this I face consequences and I don't want to end my career this way and I hope that I will be given another chance to play this game again.
.
Sharapova was suspended from competitions as of March 12 and the International Tennis Federation has not considered her case yet.

IRAQ: Police Officer smiles for a camera while stopping an ISIS Sucide bomber from wreaking havoc in Iraq

The dramatic incident took place in the Kadhimiyah neighborhood of Baghdad, Iraq and was captured by CCTV cameras and photographers present. A police officer named Saad Ali Thabit discovered and then held a would-be bomber during a routine search at the checkpoint where he was working. Immediately other people lined up at the checkpoint noticed the situation, they all ran away to protect their lives.

Nevertheless, Thabit engaged in a life-and-death struggle with the ISIS suicide bomber and successfully restrained him. He somehow found time to pose for a picture while holding the jihadi's arms up to stop him triggering his bomb and killing dozens of people. As he pressed him against the wall, his colleagues ripped off the militant's clothes to reveal the homemade explosive belt and cut it off him. He then forced the radical to the ground and tied his hands behind his back. See more photos

UK: Nigerian man stripped of British citizenship, suspected of plotting Paris-style terror attack

A Nigerian man linked to a group of British Islamists has been stripped of his UK citizenship amid fears he would return to London to execute a Paris-style terror attack, a court heard on Tuesday, May 24.

The man, known as L2 for legal reasons,(who is currently in Nigeria with his family) was deemed such a security risk that Home Secretary Theresa May (pictured) personally signed an order removing his British nationality in 2013.

L2, who is said to have lived and worked in Tower Hamlets, East London, during his time in Britain, is now challenging the Home Office decision at a hearing at the Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Siac) in London.

According to the Bureau of Investigative Journalism, which is covering the case, an unnamed secret services agent referred to as ‘EZ’ told the hearing L2 had been “engaged in terror activity.”

L2 was directly associated with close friends of Michael Adebolajo, killer of soldier Lee Rigby, and Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) executioner Mohammed Emwazi, also known as “Jihadi John,” the court heard.

The agent said L2 had been in Turkey in 2007 taking part in terror-related activity with Ali Adorus, a close associate of Jihadi John. After returning to the UK, L2 spent time in a British prison between 2007 and 2011 for possessing a handgun, the agent said.

Following his release, L2 is understood to have attended meetings and been a member of the now banned group of  radicals al Muhajiroun.

The court was also told L2 had fought for Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) against French forces in Mali, and it was largely because of this the British state sought to ban him from returning.

"We were trying to prevent L2 bringing back the expertise he would have learnt with AQIM and so a deprivation order was the best course to take,"  the agent told Sia
c.
The agent says recent events such as last year’s Paris attacks suggest extremists are returning to conduct their jihad in Europe, including “instances where individuals from the UK have travelled overseas and returned to conduct attacks."

The agent also said L2 worked at Master Printers in Tower Hamlets - a printing shop raided by police in 2011 over suspicions of links to al Muhajiroun.

L2 worked alongside Ibrahim Hassan(left) and Shah Jalal Hussein (right) who was tried in 2014 for disseminating terrorist propaganda and jailed for three years.

The court heard the pair knew each other “not just through their employment” but because they were both founding members of the proscribed terrorist organization Minbar Ansar Deen.

In cross examination, Hugh Southey QC, barrister for L2, said his client denied being a member of either al Muhajiroun or Minbar Ansar Deen, merely that he was acquainted with members.

Southey said Minbar Ansar Deen was “essentially just a website,” which L2 denies ever visiting. The case continues. See main story here

INDONESIA: Indonesia approves death penalty and chemical castration for child rapists.

Indonesian President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo issued a regulation on Wednesday May 25 that provides tougher punishments for child rapists, including chemical castration and death penalty.President Widodo said the regulation was a response to the crisis caused by sexual violence against children.

"I have declared that sexual offences against children are an extraordinary crime, because they threaten and endanger the lives of children," he said
"An extraordinary crime deserves an exceptional response. Therefore, this regulation imposes heavier punishments and additional measures for the perpetrators of the violence."
Previously, the maximum sentence for rape, of either an adult or a child, was 14 years in jail. People jailed for sexual offences against children may also now be made to wear electronic monitoring devices after their release.

Demands for harsher punishments have increased following the gang rape and murder of a teenage girl by 14 men in western Indonesia last month.

14-year-old Yuyun(her family pictured above, holding her photo ) on her way home from school and the rape and brutal murder of a 18-year-old factory worker this month have sparked national outrage.

Yuyun went missing on April 2on her way back from school in the village of Kasiah Kasubun in Bengkulu province, in western Indonesia. Her body was found two days later by villagers, bruised and beaten and with her hands tied. Twelve suspects have been arrested, seven under 18 years of age.

In polls and on social media there is widespread support for tougher punishments including castration and the death penalty for perpetrators, particularly when children are the victims.

But a number of leading rights activists have voiced their dissent. Mariana Aminudi from the National Commission on Violence Against Women said on Twitter:
"The castration law is evidence that the government does not view sexual assaults as act of violence but merely as a matter of controlling sexual urges."
While Sandra Moniaga from the National Commission on Human Rights wrote:
"Violence will not be stopped by violent punishments."
Introduced by emergency presidential decree, the new rules are in effect immediately but could be overturned by parliament at a later date.

Social Affairs Minister Khfifah Indar Parawansa said on Tuesday that the regulation provides greater punishments for offenders as well as psychosocial therapy for victims and their families.
