"We knew about her condition, and we had followed her for a decade. "After doing a whole bunch of X-rays, we determined that she got pregnant from having anal sex."

FOOTBALL: Tearful Chelsea captain John Terry tells fans in last game of the season 'i want to stay'

John Terry couldn't hold back his emotions after yesterday's match with Leicester and refused to confirm if he will stay at the club or if he will leave the club.

The Chelsea captain was initially thought to be leaving Chelsea after 26 years at the club but was offered a new one year deal by bosses at Chelsea, he hasn't confirmed if he'll accept Chelsea's offer or leave his childhood club.
While speaking in the center of the stadium as the home crowd chanted: 'John Terry, we want you to stay.', Chelsea legend John Terry said,

Billionaire Chelsea Owner Roman Abramovich could be seen applauding John Terry from the stands and Terry was then thrown up in celebrations by his teammates.

FOOTBALL: Police commissioner calls for emergency inquiry after 'bomb' was found at Man U's stadium (photos)

Manchester United's last premier league game of the season against Bournemouth was postponed as fans and players were told to swiftly evacuate the stadium after a 'fake bomb' was found at Old Trafford leading the Greater Manchester Police commissioner to call for an urgent inquiry into the incident.

According to police and security in the stadium who announced a 'code red' just minutes before kick off time, they found an "incredibly lifelike but non-viable explosive device", understood to have been a mobile phone taped to a gas pipe in a toilet in Old Trafford's North West Quadrant, and Tony Lloyd, who is also the Greater Manchester mayor, said the urgent evacuation put fans in danger and called it a "fiasco".

According to police, the 'bomb' was mistakenly left behind after a routine exercise involving sniffer dogs and Tony says an urgent inquiry into "how this happened, why it happened and who will be held accountable must be made after such a blunder caused a premier league match to be abandoned.
"This fiasco caused massive inconvenience to supporters who had come from far and wide to watch the match, wasted the time of huge numbers of police officers and the army's bomb squad, and unnecessarily put people in danger, as evacuating tens of thousands of people from a football stadium is not without risk.' Tony said according to The Independent.
"Whilst this in no way demeans the professionalism of the police and stewards responsible for getting the fans out, or the supporters' calmness and cooperation during the evacuation, it is unacceptable that it happened in the first place."
The abandonment of Sunday’s game at Old Trafford was the first time a Premier League fixture has been called off due to security concerns and Man U has promised to re-fund fans who were forced to travel back home after the match was postponed.

ALLEGED LOOTER: Nigerian Oil tycoon Kola Aluko sells his Bel-Air mansion for $21.5m as authorities investigate him

Controversial Nigerian oil tycoon, Kola Aluko (right) has sold his Bel-Air, Los Angeles mansion, as Nigerian and European authorities investigate him for alleged series of money-laundering and fraud-related crimes, Forbes reports, quoting The Los Angeles Times.

The 46-year-old sold the home last week for $21.5 million, taking a $3 million loss after purchasing the sprawling residence in 2012 for $24.5 million. Aluko apparently sold the mansion in an off-market transaction using a limited-liability company.

Aluko's former home - a contemporary-style showplace in the 700 block of Sabonne Road, Los Angeles, was designed by architect Paul McClean and built in 2011. The property sits on more than an acre, has a gated entrance, a subterranean garage and a 132-square-foot infinity-edge swimming pool among other features.

For a long time, Aluko had been linked as a business associate of Nigeria's former Petroleum minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke, who is currently under investigation by Nigerian and British authorities for money laundering and embezzlement.

Shortly after she became oil minister in 2010, Alisonm-Madueke awarded Atlantic Energy - an unknown start-up co-founded by Aluko, a very lucrative contract to fund NNPC's operational costs in four lucrative oil blocks in which the NNPC owned a stake.

In return for providing funding to the NNPC, Atlantic Energy was to lift the crude produced from the oil blocks, sell it, and thereafter pay the state-owned oil firm its share of profits.

But there is an allegation and considerable proof that Atlantic Energy did not make any upfront funding but lifted crude and that a huge chunk of the proceeds from the sale of the crude did not make it to NNPC's coffers and, by extention, the Nigerian treasury.

An email to Kola Aluko to confirm the sale of his Bel-Air property was not responded to as at the time of this report.

Egypt has the manpower, equipment which covers the air, land, naval power and the petroleum to sustain its army among other factors. Second in line is Algeria, followed by Ethiopia, Nigeria and South Africa.

  4. Libya
  5. Democratic Republic of the Congo
  6. Kenya
  7. Tunisia
  8. Zimbabwe
  9. Zambia
  10. Chad
  11. Uganda
  12. Tanzania

The annual GFP index boasts of using an algorithm that attempts to provide a fair canvas that presents an unbiased ranking and realistic outlook on the conventional military firepower and strength of countries. Their system focuses on the diversity of weapons systems and provides bonuses and penalties for things like nuclear arms, diversity of force structures, and alliances (like NATO). The formula is interesting because it makes a smaller but more technologically advanced country competitive with larger militaries from less advanced countries.

The most powerful military in the world is the United States, followed by Russia, China, India and the UK. US has been the world’s strongest military since 1945.

Woman who hired a hitman to kill her husband and wanted to make it 'look like terrorist attack' jailed

28 year old woman who hired a hitman to kill her husband and make it look like a terrorist attack has been jailed for soliciting to commit murder.

Nurten Taycur of Hackney was sentenced at the Old Bailey today, Friday May 13, to six year's imprisonment for hiring a person she believed to be a contract killer to murder her husband.

Acting on intelligence received concerning Taycur, officers from the Met's Special Projects Team launched an operation to foil her murderous plans.

Taycur met what she believed was a hitman six times between Friday, 13 November 2015 and Friday, 11 December 2015. The man was actually a undercover Metropolitan Police officer.
During her contact with the 'hitman', Taycur initially asked for her husband to be murdered, agreed a price and began planning her husband's death.
She also admitted to the undercover officer that she had been having an affair and wanted her husband dead so that she could be free of the marriage.

Taycur agreed to pay a sum of £5000 for the killing and supplied a down payment of £1000. She provided a photograph of the intended victim and details of his vehicle and registration number.
During her negotiations with the undercover officer, Taycur offered to be present when the murder took place and to track the victim using a mobile phone tracking app. She was very clear to request that he was not to be shot as she wanted the killing to look like a robbery or politically motivated attack related to her husband's Kurdish heritage.

Taycur asked that her husband's throat be cut and the word 'ISIS' be daubed on the outside of his car as she believed this would disguise the motivation for the killing.

Officers arrested mother-of-two, Nurten Taycur on Friday, 11 December 2015 on suspicion of conspiracy to murder. A search was made of her home and police seized £4000 found concealed in the bedroom, this being the amount of the balance owed for payment on completion of the killing.
The intended victim, Taycur's husband, was completely unaware of the plans being made to end his life.

Nurten Taycur , 28, pleaded guilty at the Old Bailey on Friday, 11 March and was remanded in custody to await sentencing.

Detective Inspector Paul Foreman of the Met's Special Projects Team said:
"Nurten Taycur planned this murder with enthusiasm. She asked that the victim's body not be disposed of so that she could have 'a body to grieve over', this while insisting that her intended victim died a painful and terrifying death. Today's sentence reflects the callous and calculated nature of her actions and I hope the length of incarceration brings a measure of comfort to her intended victim who was totally unaware of her plot."
