69 year old father murders son for being gay

A 69 year old man Shehada Issa has been arrested and charged with the murder of his son, 29 year old Amir Issa on Tuesday. The Los Angeles County prosecutors on Friday alleged that he committed the crime because his son was gay.

The district attorney's office said Shehada had allegedly threatened to kill his son, Amir, in the past because of his sexual orientation.

"The murder was committed because of the victim's sexual orientation and because of the defendant's perception of that status and the victims' association with a person and a group of that status," prosecutors said in a statement.

The son's body was found outside a North Hills house while Issa's wife was found stabbed to death inside the house.

Police said Issa told them that he had come home and found his wife's body in the bathroom. He said he shot his son in self-defense because the young man was threatening him with a knife.

According to Daily News, Detective John Doerbecker said:

"He claimed the son was armed with a knife, and there was no knife to be found there. It was a horrible family tragedy."

Issa is being held without bail pending his arraignment on April 11.

An investigation into who killed Issa's wife is still ongoing.

16yr old boy brutally raped inside school by one of his classmates

A 16-year-old boy was allegedly brutally raped inside Atlanta's B.E.S.T. Academy, according to a report by Fox 5, Atlanta. The B.E.S.T. Academy is a school for gifted young men in Atlanta, Georgia.
According to the 16-year-old victim's parents, who spoke to the media, their son was raped by another male student during the school day. The boy's mum told reporters that that her son was using the bathroom when he was "ambushed" by a predator.

"The child burst into the stall and asked him to perform oral sex on him. My son told him ‘No, I am not gay’ and he was not going to do that. The child then proceeded to hit him in his face, nose and choke him. Then he entered my son and told my son if you tell anyone, I will kill you," the child’s mother said as she sobbed.

"I send him to school to learn and be safe. You expect him to be safe because it is a school. You don't expect nothing like that to happen in the school. Where was security?" the boy's father asked.

Atlanta Police have confirmed the rape occurred but so far no arrests have been made.

CRIME: INCEST: Father arrested for starving his 15 month old daughter to death and fathering his daughters children

On Nov. 11, 2014, 44-year-old Calvin McIntosh took his 15 month old daughter, Alcenti to Northside Hospital, where she was declared dead on arrival. Her death and gaunt look, caused some suspicions which led an investigation that led Gwinnett County police to the Extended Stay America hotel.
 

Inside they found Alcenti's mother, Iasia Sweeting. Twenty-one years old, she weighed just 59 pounds. Three other emaciated children, ages 3 through 5, were also inside the room, as well as McIntosh's daughter, Najlaa, who bore two of the children for her father. 

Gwinnett County police believe Calvin McIntosh, an alleged member of a cult called the Nuwabian Nation of Moors, kept them all locked inside the room and had ordered Najlaa to withhold food from the others as punishment.

Alcenti's cause of death was ruled starvation. Sweeting and the other children survived.

During their search, investigators found notes about the Nuwaubian Nation of Moors, a cult which mixes ideas of black supremacy with worship of Egyptians and the pyramids.

Calvin and Najlaa McIntosh were arrested on charges of multiple counts of murder and child cruelty. Calvin McIntosh was also charged with several counts of rape, sodomy and incest. Both have been indicted and are awaiting trial. No dates have been set, Assistant District Attorney Rich Vandever said Monday.

The lawsuit filed Thursday names Extended Stay America, three partner companies, five "John Doe" staff members and Calvin McIntosh as defendants. It accuses the hotel of negligence, saying it should have been able to prevent -- or at least stop -- what was taking place.

"Decedent Alcenti McIntosh was born in a hotel room at the Premises in or about August 2013," the suit, which asks for a jury trial and unspecified monetary damages, says. "She was confined in a hotel room at the Premises for her entire life with at least six other people."

U.S.A: CRIME:California man arrested for killing Chinese herbalist, his wife and child

A California man, Pierre Haobsh, 26, was charged yesterday Tuesday March 29th with murder in the slaughter of the family of a Chinese herbalist, his 5-year-old daughter and his wife in a crime caused by a business dispute. Haobsh was charged with murder with special circumstances that he used a handgun, killed for financial gain and committed multiple killings.

After the murders, Haobsh ran 170 miles from the murder was scene but was captured, arrested and has been jailed since his arrest at gunpoint Friday at a gas station in San Diego County.

County sheriff's deputies who went to check on the welfare of 57-year-old Dr. Weidong "Henry" Han on Wednesday found his body, the body of his 29-year-old wife, Huijie "Jenni" Yu, and the couple's 5-year-old daughter, Emily Han, in the family's multimillion-dollar home on the outskirts of Santa Barbara.

They had been shot in the head and their bodies had been found wrapped in plastic and duct-taped in the garage, authorities said.
A loaded gun and property belonging to one of the victims was found inside the car Haobsh was driving during his arrest.
The two men were recently involved in a business deal but nobody knows why the family was really killed because Haobsh isn't been cooperative with the police and it's not known if he has a lawyer.

The killings shook Santa Barbara, where Han was a popular figure. He had owned and operated the Santa Barbara Herb Clinic since 1991, according to the clinic's website. Public records show he is a licensed acupuncturist.

A biography on his website says he earned degrees in Oriental and Western medicine from a Beijing university in 1982, graduating at the top of his class. He moved to the U.S. a few years later to study psychology.

Han came from a family of Chinese doctors and provided traditional treatments including acupuncture, acupressure and herbal formulas from an on-site Chinese pharmacy.
