RUSSIAN PASSENGER PLANE CRASHED NEAR MOSCOW KILLING ALL 71 PEOPLE ON BOARD

 A Russian passenger plane, short-haul AN-148 operated by Saratov Airlines was traveling from Orsk in Orenburg region when it crashed killing all seventy-one people  on board.    “According to preliminary information, nobody survived,” the Kremlin said in a statement.    Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov confirmed DNA tests would be needed to identify the remains as he confirmed there were no survivors from the crash.    A criminal case has been opened into the incident as they investigate the cause of the crash as there were no distress signals from the crew.
