Portuguese Real Madrid living legend Crsitiano Ronaldo, 31 is matching records when he's not breaking them.
This time he's tied at the top with UEFA President Michel Platini as the all-time highest goal scorer in the European Championship.


They are both tied at 9 goals each; Cristiano Ronaldo scoring his 9 European Championship goals from his debut at the tournament in 2004 till date, but Michel Platini scored all 9 of his at Euro 1984 (Goal Monster).

Cristiano Ronaldo is the first player to find the back of the net in four different European Championship tournaments, also the only player to have played upto 20 matches in the tournament and the only player to reach three different European Championship semi-finals
